Day 1 & Day 2 - Talks and workshops
The format for both days will be a mixture of talks and short workshops.
The Talks
Keynote talks are a rallying cry to prepare yourself for a day of learning and thinking. Endnote talks will help you to tie together your thoughts, ready to use your new knowledge in 2018 and beyond. All the talks are intended to stimulate and challenge your thinking around growing a culture of Organisational Agility.
90 minute Workshops
The workshops will help you to more deeply engage with the Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect, Improve concepts of the Heart of Agile and give you practices that you can use immediately. The Heart of Agile framework is a useful bridge to Organisational Agility.
